I offer one on one training sessions to work with you based on any individual health limitations or needs to help YOU achieve your goals! 

           Peach Bum Workout

​

This workout includes a 3 day, 4 week plan of my favorite leg and booty building workouts to get you the sweetest peach bum on the beach this Summer!

           Group Fitness

 

I primarily offer bootcamp classes at 6 and 7am on weekends, however I take requests for private group classes! 

           Workout Plans

 

I create a customized workout plan specifically to fit your needs based on any health limitations, your weekly schedule, and the area you choose to workout in.

           Fitness Challenges
​

In the past, these have proven to be incredibly popular! These challenges run from 4-8 weeks long and include personalized macros and water intake, weekly emails from me with positive encouragement, fitness and nutrition tips, 24-48 hour response time via email, and accountability. These challenges include a winner who receives their choice of my next challenge for free or a fitness bundle created by yours truly!
