This is something I’ve been pushing to do this year and I can honestly say it’s a challenge. When God throws curveballs that you don’t expect or don’t know how to handle, it can be hard to know what to do to deal with them in a positive manner. For me, fitness has always been my way of letting go of stress and frustrations in my life, however, recently with my health I haven’t been able to have a consistent workout schedule. It’s human nature to naturally get frustrated and think negatively! It’s taken a lot of prayer and time for me to realize that when you take a positive approach to every situation, you are taking away the negative energy that you could be putting into the situation when you could be using your energy for positive thinking which in the end is more rewarding in the long run. So to anyone who is enduring something difficult today, you’re not alone! I hope this gives you hope and that things will look up for you from now on☀️❤️
